When the pandemic began, Theresa reached out to us requesting guidance for establishing her digital footprint. As an entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience in business she had some knowledge about how best create a presence online but was not comfortable using the tools available. We helped this entrepreneur get their business off the ground and turned it into a successful online store. We also taught them how to manage inventory, write grant requests for funding opportunities. The most important thing we did is teach entrepreneurship skills.
